Is This The Greatest Bucs Lineup of All-Time?

The word “greatest” gets thrown around a lot today. In my opinion, it gets thrown around so much that it takes away from the significance of things actually being the greatest. When it comes to this current Tampa Bay Buccaneers team, however, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that they are fielding the greatest lineup in franchise history.

The Bucs have had hundreds of key players over their franchise history, but they have been spread out. Never in the history of the franchise has there been a lineup as deadly and as potent as the one being fielded this season.

I was watching a game preview video recently for the upcoming Chicago Bears versus Bucs game and that was going to be the focus of the original article that I had planned to write today, but after hearing the analysts talk about how well rounded this team actually is, compared to other teams around the league, it truly astounded me.

It’s crazy to wrap your head around that the Bucs have three #1 Wide Receivers, as well as equally deadly TE options. I know of teams with two superstar receiving options, but I have never seen a team with a potent four options lining up every offensive play; it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Then you have the man throwing the ball to the receiving options. The man is simply not human, he’s an animal, he’s THE G.O.A.T. If you have a healthy Tom Brady, who can beat you? Absolutely nobody.

Then we move on to the running backs. The Bucs have Leonard Fournette, who’s slowly finding his old self in the Bucs run game, and is proving that he still has a lot to give to the league, and to this team. Also waiting in the wings is Ronald Jones II, a promising you running back that is just waiting on a larger playing role to showcase the talents he so obviously has.

Everything I just listed was about the offense, I still haven’t even touched on the defensive lineup this team is fielding. With names such as Vita Vea, Lavonte David, Jason Pierre-Paul, Devin White, Ndamukong Suh, and none other than Mike Edwards.

This team has absolutely everything; it’s like the Costco of football teams; has everything and it’s all great quality. They also go big or go home, which is one of my personal mantras. This team has it and does it, all.

So, to answer the question, yes, this team is the greatest Buccaneers lineup in franchise history. How can it not be?
