The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Super Bowl Champions of the National Football League of America. Everyone, who is someone and even those who aren’t, knows the players of the team. But how about management. Yes, the management of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Remember, the fish either thrives or rots from the head down. The Glazer family has made the Buccaneers a 1st class organization. From Malcolm Glazier, the patriarch. To his progeny Byron,  Darcie, Edwin, and Joel. Running a public business is hard. They have had demands being made of them from A-Z. The Glazers have managed to navigate business commercial, political and social danger zones. Through it all, they have been able to field a good competitive team year after year.  Their hard work paid off last season.

Their most important hire was Jason Licht as the GM. Licht should get the NFL’s executive of the year. No one can say they did a better job. But Licht didn’t do it by himself. Licht put together a top shelf, A number one staff that helped him assemble that winning team. John Spytek- V.P. Player Personnel, Shelton Quarles- Director Football Operations, Mike Greeberg- VP  Football Administration, Mike Biehl- Dir. of College Scouting, Duke Preston- VP Player Engagement, Rob McCartney- Director Pro Scouting, Byron Kiefer- Senior National Scout, Andy Speyer- National Scout, Donovan Cotton- College Scout, Andre Forde- College Scout, Tony Hardie- College Scout, Tony Kinketa- College Scout, Antwon Murry- College Scout, Brian McLaughlin- College Scout, Shane Scannel- Asst. Director Pro Scouting, Alex Smith- Asst. Director Pro Scouting, Caesar Rivera- Scouting Coordinator, Will Edmunds- Scouting Assistant, Zach Smith- Scout Assistant, Sean Conley- Pro Scout      You might as well know who they are. The rest of the NFL does and has their eyes on them.

They are the reason why the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the best offensive line in football. Four of the five starters were drafted by the Bucs. The center Ryan Jensen was identified as the needed missing piece and signed. Antonio Brown, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Scotty Miller. The best receiving corps in the NFL. Cameron Brate, Rob Gronkowski, O.J. Howard. The best tight end grouping. Giovanni Bernard, Leonard Fournette, Ronald Jones, and Keshawn Vaughn, make up the best backfield. There is not a better defensive front three than Ndamukong Suh, Vita Vea, and Willaim Gholston. The starting linebackers are Shaquil Barrett, Lavonte David, Jason Pierre Paul, and Devin White. Arguably the best in the NFL. The backline consists of Calton Davis, Jamel Dean, and the two hardest-hitting safeties in the NFL. Jordan Whitehead and Antoine Winfield. They are the reason Tom Brady is the quarterback.

You ain’t hiding in steerage and you ain’t riding in coach Tampa Bay fans. You are part of the gold standard. You are leading the pack. You are in First Class baby. How does it FEEL.
